Every year design and build professionals and enthusiasts head to the most popular conference in the industry, the NAHB International Builders’ Show (IBS) paired with KBIS, the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show. IBS and KBIS provide us with an immense opportunity to experience innovation, creativity and craftsmanship during this three-day exhibition.
The show is the largest gathering focused on new ideas, products and technologies to design, build and remodel homes. Besides exhibitions, IBS and KBIS provide cutting-edge developmental programs for those interested in enhancing their skills.
IBS is the largest annual construction show in the world. Builders, remodelers, developers, architects and other industry professionals from more than 100 countries attend to see the latest products and services from nearly 1,000 exhibitors in more than 200 construction categories; attend dozens of cutting-edge education sessions; visit show homes featuring the latest trends and innovations; and network with peers. Now in its 71st year, IBS is organized, produced and managed exclusively by NAHB — the National Association of Home Builders.
KBIS, held annually for the last 51 years, is the largest event in North America focused on the kitchen and bath segment, attracting more than 700 exhibitors. Attendees include dealers, designers, architects, remodelers, wholesalers and custom builders from more than 50 countries.
TBS was well-represented at IBS/KBIS in 2020 with almost the whole staff in attendance at the Design & Construction Week trade show in Las Vegas. We enjoyed three full days of meetings, networking, learning and amazing discoveries. Here is a brief visual recap of our IBS/KBIS adventure. We met with our business partners, got inspired about innovation in design, and shared quality time with our team, friends and partners.
